Prevention Resource Center (PRC), a Regional Support Center, is a program of the Family Counseling Center of Missouri, Inc., located at 117 N. Garth, Columbia, Missouri 65203. PRC is funded by the Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse to provide technical support and training to registered Community 2000 Teams, coalitions and task forces in a 20 county area in central Missouri.
