About Us
Family Counseling Center of Missouri, Inc. is a not-for-profit mental health services organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals, families and communities by helping people make positive changes in their lives and empowering them to make healthy and effective choices. Family Counseling Center's community-based network of programs has been serving individuals and families throughout mid-Missouri since 1972.
Family Counseling Center's funding sources include: State of Missouri Department of Mental Health Division of Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Veteran's Administration, Division of Family Services, United Way, Children's Trust Fund, Insurance Payments, Donations, Cities of Columbia and Boonville and client fees.
